Refund policy

GLUV WRX Refund Policy

Effective Date: 12/2/2025

At GLUV WRX, all services are performed by hand on customer-owned baseball and softball gloves. Because each glove is unique and services permanently alter the condition of the glove, our refund policy differs from traditional product-based retailers.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Orders – No General Refunds

All GLUV WRX services are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cleaning & Conditioning
  • Break-In Services
  • Relacing (Full or Partial)
  • Repairs, Adjustments, or Custom Service Work
  • Bundled or Subscription-Based Service Credits

Once a glove has been received and service has started, the service is considered rendered.

2. Cancellations Before Service Begins

If you need to cancel an order before your glove is received or before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders canceled before service begins may be eligible for a refund, minus any non-recoverable fees (such as inbound shipping labels or payment processing fees).
  • Once your glove has entered the service queue, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Quality Guarantee & Service Issues

We stand behind our workmanship.

If you believe there is an issue with the quality of service performed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the concern.

At our discretion, we may offer one of the following:

  • A complimentary adjustment or correction
  • A partial service credit
  • A full service redo (return shipping may be required)

Refunds are not guaranteed, but we will always work to make it right.

4. Natural Wear, Leather Variations & Expectations

Baseball and softball gloves are made from natural leather and may respond differently to cleaning, conditioning, break-in, or relacing.

We cannot guarantee:

  • Specific color changes or uniform appearance
  • Exact stiffness, softness, or pocket shape outcomes
  • Reversal of prior damage, dryness, or wear

Normal leather variation, prior glove condition, and player use are not considered service defects.

5. Shipping-Related Issues

GLUV WRX is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused during inbound or outbound shipping
  • Delay
