Subscription Policy

Subscription Structure

GLUV WRX subscriptions (also referred to as “memberships”) are 12-month term commitments that provide access to member benefits, including WRX Credits and preferred service options.

• Monthly (twelve (12) equal installments), or
• Annually (one upfront payment).
• Regardless of payment method, all memberships represent a one-year contractual term.

Auto-Renewal

Unless cancelled prior to renewal, all GLUV WRX memberships automatically renew at the conclusion of each 12-month term.

• A new 12-month term begins.
• A new allocation of WRX Credits is issued to the member’s account.
• GLUV WRX will provide advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to cancel prior to renewal.

WRX Credits (Issuance, Use & Expiration)

WRX Credits are issued as part of membership benefits and are subject to the following terms:

• WRX Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
• WRX Credits are valid only during the active membership term.
• Unused WRX Credits expire at the end of the membership term and do not roll over to future terms unless expressly stated in writing by GLUV WRX.

Credit Usage & Service Completion

• WRX Credits are considered used at the time a service order is submitted, not when the service is completed.
• A member may submit a service order using WRX Credits up to the final day of the active membership term.
• Services submitted using WRX Credits before the term ends may be completed after the term expiration without affecting credit validity.

Important: If a service order is submitted using WRX Credits and the membership is subsequently cancelled, the credits applied to that service will be considered used and non-refundable. Credits applied to in-progress or scheduled services cannot be reclaimed, reversed, or refunded due to cancellation.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Members may request subscription upgrades or downgrades at any time by contacting GLUV WRX Support.

• All requests are reviewed manually by a GLUV WRX team member.
• Changes are prorated based on time remaining in the term, WRX Credits issued and/or used, and payments already made.
• Depending on the adjustment, an invoice may be issued or a partial refund may be processed.
• No changes to membership benefits or credits will take effect until all outstanding balances or refunds are fully resolved.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be cancelled at any time; however, because GLUV WRX memberships are term-based commitments, cancellations are subject to account review and settlement prior to finalization.

• Before a cancellation is completed, GLUV WRX will review the percentage of the 12-month term completed and the percentage of WRX Credits used.
• Account reviews are typically completed within 3–5 business days.

Cancellation Settlement Framework

Cancellation obligations are determined by both time elapsed and credits used, according to the following guidelines:

A. Cancellation at or Before 50% of the Term

• If 50% or fewer of credits have been used: the account is settled at the 6-month (50%) value.
• If more than 50% but less than 75% of credits have been used: the account is settled at the 9-month (75%) value.
• If more than 75% of credits have been used: the full annual membership amount is due to cancel immediately.

B. Cancellation After 50% but Before 75% of the Term

• The account is settled at the 9-month (75%) value.

C. Cancellation After 75% of the Term

• The member must either pay the remaining balance to complete the full annual term, or allow the membership to remain active through the end of the term with no further billing.

Billing, Invoices & Refunds

• Any outstanding balance required for cancellation will be invoiced and must be paid before cancellation is finalized.
• For annual memberships, refunds (if applicable) will be issued based on the same prorated framework.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Unused Renewals

If a membership renews and remains unused:

• Monthly memberships may be cancelled immediately with no further obligation.
• Annual memberships will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the renewed term.

Payment Disputes & Account Standing

• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or attempted circumvention of this policy may result in immediate suspension of membership benefits and loss of access to WRX Credits.
• Such activity may also result in ineligibility for future subscriptions or memberships.
• GLUV WRX reserves the right to limit, suspend, or revoke subscription access in accordance with its broader Terms of Service.

Policy Changes & Discretion

• GLUV WRX reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply to future memberships and renewals.
• GLUV WRX may, at its discretion, resolve cancellations or account issues more favorably than outlined above as a customer service or goodwill accommodation.
