Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders and service requests are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Most retail items ship within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Service Orders (such as glove relacing, break-in, and/or conditioning) begin once your glove arrives at our facility. Turnaround times vary based on current volume and service type.
  • You’ll receive email updates and tracking details for all shipments to and from GLUV WRX.

Shipping Coverage

GLUV WRX manages both inbound and outbound shipping for glove service orders:

  • After placing a service order, you’ll receive a prepaid inbound shipping label to send your glove to our shop. Place this label on the box of your choice and drop off at the carrier facility.
  • Once your glove is complete, GLUV WRX covers the return shipping back to you.
  • Each shipment includes tracking and carrier insurance in accordance with carrier terms.

Important: While GLUV WRX provides and manages shipping labels as part of your service, all shipments are ultimately between you and the carrier as outlined in Section 5 of our Terms of Service Agreement. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. GLUV WRX is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, theft after delivery, or any event outside our control. We will, however, assist you in working with the carrier to track shipments or file a claim for loss or damage when possible.

Shipping Methods & Timing

  • Shipments are typically sent via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery, depending on destination and value.
  • Most domestic deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking numbers are provided by email once labels are created.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, secure delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, contact support@gluvwrx.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Include your order number, tracking details, and photos (if applicable).
  • We’ll help you coordinate with the carrier to open or support a claim under the carrier’s policy.

Signature Confirmation & Insurance

  • For high-value orders, GLUV WRX may require signature confirmation or additional carrier insurance at no cost to you.
  • All claims for loss or damage are processed in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.
